A six-week group immersion to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your emotions, and finally feel safe to soften.
This is for the woman who’s:

Over six weeks, you’ll be gently guided to release tension, rebuild safety, and restore trust within your body — so you can show up in your relationships, work, and life from a grounded place of inner calm and self-trust.

Reclaim your fire — learning to meet anger not with shame, but as a doorway into truth, boundaries, and power.

I had tried EVERYTHING to try to make my body feel like a safe home for my emotions to land.
I was in talk therapy for years, tried EMDR, took an SSRI to feel calm, read literally every self-help book under the sun, went to yoga almost every day… the list goes on.
The most frustrating part?
NONE of this actually helped me feel GOOD in my body! I still woke up every morning trying to run away from the complex emotions that I often felt within my body.
I felt so defeated and I knew I was meant for something MORE.

You will be added to the group chat the week of January 5th, 2026!
The platform we will use for the group chat is the app called Telegram. Be sure to download the app and add me so I can add you to the group! Send me a message if any questions about this process.
Live calls will be held on Thursdays at 4pm mountain time and will begin on January 8th, 2026.

You don’t have to be there live to be fully supported. All of the calls will be recorded and uploaded to the group portal.
Once you join the program through Mighty Networks, you will be able to access the group portal.
Be sure to download the Mighty Networks app to be able to access the portal from your phone!

Somatic movement practices are gentle exercises or movements to encourage mind-body connection and guide you to your internal world. This is a gentle way to get in touch with the internal cues of your body and allows you to access more information about the ways you hold on to the experiences of your life and your emotions.
Many describe somatic movement practices as a huge emotional release and a grounding or calming experience.
